Here's a summary of the ideas that most struck me this summer as I read Implementing Lean Software Development, from Concept to Cash by Mary and Tom Poppendieck. I'll show here the updated version introduced by Mary and Tom Poppendieck in their “Implementing Lean Software Development: From concept to cash” book.
